📋 Description

• Shape the future of PortmanDentex clinical teams, including dentists and other key patient-care professionals • Guide recruitment campaigns from the initial conversation through to successful hire • Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs • Collaboratively shape selection criteria • Use recruitment insight to support successful hiring outcomes • Source clinical talent through job boards, proactive search, talent networks, referrals, and market awareness • Provide a supportive, candidate-friendly service • Build strong relationships across the business • Drive continuous improvement • Contribute to wider Talent Acquisition and People initiatives supporting company growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner (or similar role) in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Confident across the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection • Service-focused with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders • Able to build genuine rapport with candidates and stakeholders at every level • Clear, warm, and confident communication • Comfortable managing multiple recruitment projects while staying organised, focused, and attentive to detail • Confident using ATS platforms and recruitment tools • Strong sourcing capabilities using job boards, proactive search, talent networks, referrals, and market awareness • Curiosity and creativity when approaching challenges • Strong problem-solving skills • Proactive, results-driven mindset
