📋 Description

• Shape the future of PortmanDentex clinical teams, including dentists and other key patient-care professionals • Guide recruitment campaigns from initial conversation through successful hire • Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements • Collaborate with hiring managers to shape selection criteria • Use recruitment insight to set candidates and stakeholders up for success • Source clinical talent using job boards, proactive search, talent networks, referrals, and market awareness • Provide a supportive recruitment service to colleagues • Build strong relationships across the business • Drive continuous improvement • Contribute to wider Talent Acquisition and People initiatives supporting business growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Recruitment Partner (or similar role) in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment • Confident across the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and selection • Service-focused with candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders • Able to build genuine rapport with candidates and stakeholders at every level • Clear, warm, and confident communication • Comfortable managing multiple recruitment projects while staying organised and attentive to detail • Confident using ATS platforms and recruitment tools • Curiosity and creativity in approaching challenges • Strong problem-solving skills • Proactive, results-driven mindset • Never-give-up attitude toward challenging vacancies
