β€’ Join live sales calls with ecommerce brands alongside senior team members β€’ Learn how to run discovery, demos, and commercial conversations β€’ Follow and execute Dema’s sales playbook end-to-end β€’ Understand customer problems and map them to Dema’s platform β€’ Ask great questions, listen carefully, and communicate clearly β€’ Progress deals through the pipeline with structure and discipline β€’ Learn how to forecast, qualify, and close - properly β€’ Over time, you’ll take on more ownership with the clear goal of progressing into a full Account Executive role.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ Are early in your career and want to break into sales properly β€’ Are highly coachable and enjoy structured learning β€’ Like the idea of sales as a repeatable system, not winging it β€’ Are organised, curious, and comfortable asking questions β€’ Bonus (but not required): Experience working at an ecommerce brand (marketing, ops, trading, analytics, etc.) β€’ A genuine interest in data, technology, or how businesses grow
