• Drive outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone calls, & social media) • Qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline • Discover new leads through internet research and social media • Respond to inbound customer interest • Track customer interactions and information in our CRM, Salesforce • Conduct high-level conversations with C-Suite executives
• 6+ months of experience in a sales development associate or inside sales role • Sales experience in the SaaS space is a plus • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial business environment • Strong interest in learning new concepts and technologies • Self-motivated and resourceful with a doer mentality • Detail-oriented and organized with project management skills • Talented communicator with a strong awareness of people around you • Mission-driven with a desire to make the world a better place
