📋 Description

• Manage an independent caseload of multi-track claims, mainly defendant major injury, RTA and personal injury cases • Draft pleadings and reports to clients • Attend court hearings • Work to court deadlines and directions • Conduct liability investigations and gather evidence • Instruct experts and consider medical causation issues • Prioritise work effectively and maximise efficiency in working practices • Adhere to client service level agreements • Build internal and external working relationships • Develop business networks and understand the Firm’s direction and client needs

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years PQE within litigation Multi Track cases • Technical experience in RTA, Motor or Personal Injury • Ideally experienced handling high value defendant files, either independently or as an assistant to senior team members • Familiarity with working in a commercial environment • Defendant experience • Background in dealing with Multi Track RTA cases
