📋 Description
• Create a culture focused on excellent customer experience across the area of responsibility • Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and company policies and procedures • Drive financial performance, identify growth opportunities, and exceed financial targets • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior clients, deliver added value, and exceed expectations • Oversee the Operations Management function and ensure effective leadership and performance • Lead recruitment, support, training, and development of the operations team • Support the sales team through site visits and presentations • Ensure bids are operationally robust • Develop centres of excellence across sites as examples of best practice
🎯 Requirements
• Extensive experience in contract catering • Strong track record in senior, multi-site operational management • Ability to lead, inspire and motivate large, diverse teams • Proven experience building and maintaining successful client relationships • Strong commercial awareness • Confidence with financial data • Proven experience managing P&L performance
