• Develop and execute regional talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives, growth plans, and workforce priorities. • Advise executive leaders, HR partners, and hiring managers on talent market intelligence, hiring trends, organizational design, and workforce planning. • Lead annual and quarterly hiring forecasts and capacity planning across APAC and EMEA. • Align regional recruiting priorities with enterprise talent strategies. • Lead, coach, and develop a geographically distributed recruiting team. • Establish performance expectations, operating rhythms, and development plans. • Build organizational recruiting capability through training, best-practice sharing, and mentoring. • Partner with HR leaders, business executives, and hiring managers on strategic talent needs and hiring challenges. • Influence workforce decisions through labor-market insights, competitive intelligence, and hiring analytics. • Facilitate executive-level hiring discussions and support succession and talent planning. • Escalate complex searches, senior-level hiring decisions, and recruiting challenges. • Ensure delivery of recruitment goals across commercial, technical, operations, functional, and leadership hiring. • Drive consistent recruiting processes, service-level agreements, and candidate-experience standards. • Oversee strategic sourcing and talent-pipeline initiatives for critical and hard-to-fill positions. • Drive diverse talent-attraction strategies and improve representation outcomes. • Strengthen Fortive's employer brand across APAC and EMEA. • Develop partnerships with universities, industry organizations, and talent communities. • Promote Fortive's value proposition and represent Fortive at industry events and talent forums.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field. • 10+ years of Global Talent Acquisition experience. • 5+ years of people leadership experience leading regional or global recruiting teams. • Experience supporting multiple countries across EMEA and/or APAC. • Demonstrated success leading executive, technical, commercial, and professional hiring initiatives. • Strong experience in workforce planning, talent strategy, and stakeholder management. • Proven ability to influence senior leaders and operate effectively within a matrixed organization. • Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills. • Experience within a global industrial, technology, healthcare, or manufacturing organization preferred. • Experience working within a shared-services or center-of-excellence recruiting model preferred. • Knowledge of UK, EU, and APAC employment practices preferred. • Experience with AI, modern TA technologies, CRM platforms, sourcing tools, and recruiting analytics preferred. • Lean, Continuous Improvement, or Fortive Business System experience preferred.
