• You own the execution and performance of our advertising campaigns end-to-end. • From setup in our in-house Ad Manager to monitoring, optimization and reporting - you ensure campaigns run smoothly, efficiently, and data-driven at scale. • This role is highly operational and analytical, with a strong focus on ad configuration, performance tracking, and standardized reporting. • Setup, manage, and monitor campaigns across all channels in our in-house Ad Manager • Configure targeting, placements, and delivery logic to ensure smooth execution • Track performance (e.g. CTR, engagement, conversions) and identify optimization opportunities • Run simple A/B tests and continuously improve campaign performance • Own campaign reporting: Create and maintain standardized reports (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, Google Slides) • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across all campaigns • Translate performance data into clear, structured insights • Support internal stakeholders (especially Sales) with reliable data and performance analysis
• ~1+ year experience in Ad Operations, Campaign Management, or Performance Marketing • Strong analytical mindset and high affinity for numbers • Experience with campaign setup and optimization (e.g. display, paid media, newsletters) • Confident working with Google Sheets / Excel and reporting tools (e.g. Looker Studio) • Structured, detail-oriented, and reliable in execution • Comfortable working with standardized processes and high-volume campaign setups • Fluent in English (German is a plus)
