📋 Description

• Lead a team of IAM administrators and engineers focused on on-premises Active Directory and Privileged Access Management • Report to the Senior Director of Identity and Access Management under the CISO • Engage with cybersecurity and business leaders to understand and solve complex company needs • Perform hands-on work with on-premises Active Directory and Privileged Access Management solutions • Design and develop a multi-year roadmap to mature AD and PAM implementations • Ensure quality operations and uptime for AD and PAM solutions • Lead developers and engineers supporting and maintaining AD and PAM platforms • Enforce security best practices across AD and PAM implementations • Design and implement team processes for platform and team operations and management • Help design, develop, and drive an automation-first IAM stack • Lead project teams to accomplish goals and milestones • Invest in junior team members and grow their technical skills within IAM platforms • Work with an international team and attend project meetings several times a week at odd hours to support the US, Europe, and India

🎯 Requirements

• Technical mastery of on-premises Active Directory and/or a Privileged Access Management program • Knowledge of AD architecture, configurations, best practices, and operations • Experience managing AD objects and domain controllers • Experience managing DNS zones and objects • Knowledge of security hardening and Group Policy management • Experience administering, maintaining, and operating PAM SaaS solutions • Knowledge of policies for non-human identities and privileged access identities • Knowledge of PAM resource governance • Experience managing accounts across servers, databases, network appliances, and virtual hosts • Expert understanding of authentication mechanisms and protocols, including LDAP, LDAPS, and Kerberos • Experience in large enterprise-scale IAM environments with more than 20,000 users and computer objects • Understanding of IT Service Management processes, including Incident Management, Change Management, and Problem Management • Ability to lead project teams and accomplish goals and milestones • Strong people-management skills • Willingness to develop junior team members’ technical skills within IAM platforms • Good written and oral communication in English • Self-driven and able to adapt quickly to new technologies and variables in dynamic, large-scale projects with tight deadlines • Willingness to work in an international team with meetings at odd hours to support the US, Europe, and India
