📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end outbound sales cycle, including cold calling, personalized emailing, and social selling. • Identify and qualify high-value leads within the UK residential property sector. • Book high-quality discovery calls and, as you progress, take ownership of product demos. • Work closely with leadership to refine the sales playbook and go-to-market strategy. • Manage and track all activity within the CRM to ensure a clean and scalable pipeline. • Scale into a full-cycle role, eventually responsible for closing deals and hitting revenue targets.

🎯 Requirements

• Native or billingual English fluency with excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Proven track record in a BDR/SDR role within the PropTech or SaaS industry. • Demonstrated history of high performance (we will look for specific data on quota attainment and rank within your sales class). • Based in the UK with the ability to work GMT hours (9 am – 6 pm+). • A self-starter mentality with the initiative to build processes from scratch in a pre-revenue environment. • **Nice-to-Haves** • Direct experience selling to UK letting and estate agents. • Entrepreneurial background (e.g., having built a side project, business, or community). • Proficiency with HubSpot CRM. • Expertise in delivering compelling virtual and in-person product demonstrations.
