📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end proposal development process for client RFPs and RFIs • Deliver platform, licensing, translation, and eCOA Project Management cost estimates within proposal timelines • Coordinate and consolidate input from eCOA subject matter experts and stakeholders • Ensure proposals comply with sponsor requirements in RFP documents and study protocols • Monitor and analyze proposal metrics, including win/loss rates, vendor reports, and performance trends • Review study protocols, synopses, RFPs, and RFI documentation • Identify study design requirements, risks, assumptions, and operational considerations • Evaluate service scope and feasibility of proposed solutions • Clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities through sponsor question-and-answer processes • Ensure study activities are accurately costed using approved pricing tools • Review and approve Fusion strategies, pricing assumptions, and discount structures • Validate budgets for commercial competitiveness and operational viability • Prepare and oversee proposal narratives, response content, budget proposals, pricing documentation, Scope of Work documents, and Information Sheets • Provide line management and leadership to the proposal team • Drive continuous learning, capability development, and team upskilling • Build and maintain expertise in opportunity assessment and proposal management • Coach, mentor, and support performance development • Lead strategic initiatives focused on innovation, automation, and process improvement • Leverage analytics, AI, and technology solutions to improve proposal quality, efficiency, and scalability • Identify opportunities to optimize workflows and enhance business performance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience needed • Line management experience • eCOA expertise • Budget development and pricing • Proposal writing and management • Vendor coordination and selection • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills • Risk assessment and mitigation • Process development and AI utilization • Salesforce proficiency • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills • Project management experience preferred • Clinical trial knowledge preferred • CRO operational experience preferred • 5+ years of experience in CRO Operations, Clinical Trial Management, Proposal Management, Business Development Support, or Solutions Architecture • Legal right to work in the country where the role is based
