📋 Description

• Responsible for the entire sales process from lead qualification to successful deal closure • Identify and engage new prospective customers across various channels (e.g., outbound, networking, events) • Conduct discovery conversations to analyze customer needs and requirements • Present our solution through product demos and tailored customer presentations • Independently negotiate contracts and close deals • Identify objections and develop appropriate solutions during the sales process • Collaborate closely with SDR, Customer Success, and Product teams to refine the sales strategy • Continuously track and report relevant KPIs and maintain CRM data • Gather customer feedback and share relevant insights with internal teams

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or software-related environment • Proven experience managing sales processes independently through to close • Strong communication and presentation skills • Structured approach to work, clear prioritization, and strong results orientation • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into concrete solutions • Confident in negotiation situations and decision-making processes • Excellent German (native) and very good English • Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Pipedrive) and modern collaboration tools
