📋 Description

• Take overall responsibility for the integration and execution of new contracts • Lead one larger integration project while supporting the wider team on others • Liaise with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure 'go live' dates are met • Coordinate supply-chain planning activities, including ordering, delivery and setup of inventory, storage media or equipment • Provide regular detailed implementation reports to the wider team, management and stakeholders • Track progress on all new contracts and review progress with internal Incora stakeholders • Lead update meetings with stakeholders across the business • Travel throughout the EMEA region as required

🎯 Requirements

• Previous demonstrable experience in a customer-facing role • Experience managing projects to strict deadlines • Ideally, experience using ERP systems • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Ability to influence stakeholders • Comfortable leading update meetings with stakeholders across the business • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential • Experience using Copilot or other AI tools to enhance productivity • Ideally based within commutable distance of the Mirfield site • Valid UK driving licence ideal for regional or national travel • Criminal record check required as a condition of employment
