📋 Description

• Develop and deliver targeted strategic plans and initiatives for top-tier strategic partners and key accounts • Drive profitable new protection business and strong customer outcomes • Create and deliver sales campaigns tailored to strategic partners and key accounts • Lead successful growth plans and projects as project sponsor • Support business quality objectives with distribution partners • Deliver actionable outcomes and quality improvement goals • Build strong, trusted relationships with major intermediary-market distributors • Represent the distribution team internally and engage business units to achieve goals • Present to senior leaders, CEOs, directors, conferences and platform-event audiences • Negotiate Marketing Service Agreements to maximise return on investment • Assess and complete compliant, customer-focused commercial assessments and recommendations

🎯 Requirements

• Experience working at a senior or strategic level in financial services • In-depth understanding of sales performance metrics • Analytical skills to optimise account management • Experience presenting at senior or CEO level to influence strategic account growth • Experience presenting at conferences or platform events to large audiences • Ability to represent the distribution team internally and engage different business units • Commercial acumen or aptitude for commercial acumen • Distribution risk management experience or aptitude • Proven negotiation skills • Ability to assess and complete compliant, customer-focused commercial assessments and recommendations • Ability to travel frequently throughout the UK • Comfortable working at CEO and director level
