📋 Description

• Act as the master facilitator dedicated to the client account • Represent the client's brand, tone and standards in virtual and in-person settings • Deliver Train the Trainer upskilling globally • Conduct facilitator recertifications and coaching spot checks • Provide structured feedback to improve global delivery quality and consistency • Deliver hospitality, onboarding and other client-critical workshops across regions and cultures • Enhance and refresh facilitator guides, PowerPoints and supporting collateral • Collaborate with Infopro's digital content team on blended learning solutions • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders as a consultant and partner • Adapt to shifting client priorities and scheduling at short notice

🎯 Requirements

• Strong facilitation experience in both in-person and virtual classroom settings • Willingness and ability to travel globally at least 70% of the time, including at short notice • Strong instructional design skills • Ability to enhance facilitator guides, PowerPoints and collateral • Consulting mindset and ability to partner with designers, digital content specialists and client stakeholders • Credibility and confidence to coach and recertify other facilitators • Comfort operating across a broad subject curriculum, including hospitality and onboarding • Prior aviation or luxury brand experience preferred • Relevant facilitation, coaching or train-the-trainer accreditation preferred
