📋 Description

• Partner with senior leaders, Head of People, and Talent & Development colleagues as a trusted learning advisor • Identify learning needs and translate them into high-impact solutions supporting business priorities • Drive a “build once, deliver many” approach to create consistent, efficient learning experiences across the organisation • Manage a small team of learning specialists • Lead strategic learning programmes and projects • Influence learning strategy and capability development across global regions and functions • Deliver learning initiatives with measurable business impact • Travel across the UK when required, typically one to two days per month, potentially including overnight stays

🎯 Requirements

• Significant experience in learning, talent, or organisational development within a large, complex, or global matrix business • Experience partnering with senior leaders and influencing at board level • Experience leading strategic programmes • Strong consulting and stakeholder management skills • Experience leading teams and projects • Track record of delivering learning initiatives with measurable business impact • Commercially minded and data-led • Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical delivery • Comfortable travelling across the UK when required, typically one to two days per month, including occasional overnight stays
