📋 Description

• Support training strategy and identify, develop, and deliver training solutions for global Precision for Medicine functions • Partner with subject matter experts to design learning programs across translational sciences, clinical operations, project management, GCP, data management, and regulatory/compliance • Serve as the primary intake point for training requests • Coordinate and track new hire role-specific onboarding • Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning training programs aligned with adult learning principles • Provide first-line triage and guidance on training tools, templates, and materials • Manage and support learning platforms and systems used by the L&D function • Maintain training documentation, records, and regulatory reporting • Establish and maintain role-based curricula, including annual reviews and updates to training-hour requirements • Collaborate with functional leadership, stakeholders, subject matter experts, and L&D leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Graduate, postgraduate, 4-year college degree, or equivalent experience in a scientific or healthcare discipline • 4–6 years of learning and development experience supporting delivery teams in a Clinical Research Organisation (CRO) • Proficiency with learning development platforms • Proficiency with Microsoft Office • Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to communicate effectively in English • Strong writing and recordkeeping abilities • Ability to plan and manage multiple complex projects • Ability to develop positive working relationships with internal and external individuals and teams • Core understanding of medical terminology and clinical trial activities related to execution of a clinical development plan • Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP relating to clinical trial management
