• Owning a five-county Greater Los Angeles territory covering LA, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Ventura counties • Targeting large commercial accounts of 80,000 square feet and above with $20,000 or more per month in recurring janitorial services • Attending IFMA, BOMA, IREM, and other industry events and building the relationships that turn into real business • Partnering with 20 to 25 of our top existing accounts to identify opportunities for expanded services, additional locations, and deeper relationships, without being responsible for day-to-day account management • Working with a tight knit inside sales team that handles everything behind the handoff
• Two or more years of outside B2B sales experience in facility services, commercial cleaning, or a closely related industry • Active in IFMA, BOMA, or similar organizations, or genuinely ready to be • A real network in Greater LA or the track record to build one fast • Self-motivated, field-first, and comfortable owning your day
