📋 Description

• Scope, design and deliver learning and development programmes across the business • Partner with stakeholders to understand business priorities and capability gaps • Carry out learning needs analysis and define objectives and outcomes • Recommend appropriate learning solutions, including when learning is not the answer • Design programmes using adult learning principles and instructional design best practice • Create workshops, virtual sessions, digital modules, toolkits and blended pathways • Develop content that supports effective performance, talent and career conversations • Facilitate learning sessions for varied audiences and formats • Build and support internal facilitator and subject matter expert networks • Manage external providers when specialist input is required • Advise leaders on learning and capability • Build relationships across clinical and non-clinical functions • Manage competing priorities and agree realistic timelines • Define success measures and evaluate learning effectiveness using data, feedback and behaviour change • Measure and report business impact to the Head of Leadership and Early Careers and programme sponsors • Continuously improve learning content, formats and delivery • Monitor external best practice and market insight • Simplify, scale and digitise learning solutions, including through AI • Contribute to a consistent learning approach across the Talent and Learning team

🎯 Requirements

• Experience scoping, designing and delivering learning programmes • Strong facilitation skills across multiple formats and audiences • Understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design • Experience designing leadership, management or talent content • Confident partnering and influencing senior stakeholders • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver at pace • Strong analytical skills, with experience measuring learning impact • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills • CIPD qualification or equivalent (desirable) • Coaching qualification or accreditation (desirable) • Experience with digital learning tools and platforms (desirable) • Experience in a multi-site or healthcare environment (desirable) • Experience of performance and talent processes (desirable)
