⢠Support and advise our B2B customers within the sales territory ⢠Build and maintain long-term customer relationships in coordination with the inside sales team ⢠Analyze customer requirements and needs, and monitor market and competitors ⢠Present and demonstrate our vehicles/products on site at the customer's location ⢠Assist with vehicle handovers and briefings at the customer's site (as needed) ⢠Prepare drafts and support the preparation of offers, pricing and tender documents ⢠Provide technical advice in close coordination with the technical office and project management ⢠Track proposals, negotiate and close orders ⢠Support customers during vehicle acceptance, vehicle pick-ups and at trade fairs ⢠Maintain and use the CRM system in cooperation with the inside sales team
⢠Successfully completed commercial or technical vocational training ⢠Professional experience in field sales ⢠Experience in vehicle/commercial vehicle sector or a technical environment ⢠Strong customer and service orientation with a confident and persuasive manner ⢠Technical understanding and enjoyment in explaining and demonstrating products ⢠Negotiation skills, ability to close deals, and a structured, independent working style ⢠Proficient user of common PC applications and ideally experienced with CRM systems ⢠Willingness to travel within the sales territory
