โข Manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring satisfaction and growth โข Work closely with the NHS Partnership Manager on account strategy and planning โข Achieve annual sales targets (approx. ยฃ450k sales value in year one) โข Cross-sell suitable programmes across customers and direct opportunities for the Sustainability Healthcare Academy to the NHS Partnership Manager โข Maintain accurate records in CRM and report on pipeline progress โข Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure smooth onboarding and learner success
โข Experience in apprenticeship sales or NHS B2B sales โข Strong relationship building and communication skills โข High levels of organisation, attention to detail and pipeline discipline โข Ability to deliver professional and effective customer meetings โข Understanding of NHS Structures (desirable) โข Knowledge of apprenticeship funding, compliance and NHS procurement vehicles (desirable) โข Experience of working with multiple stakeholders in complex environments (desirable)
