📋 Description

• Execute end to end project related tasks, including link setup, link testing, study invitation setup and delivery, exclusion-list management, and incentive reconciliation • Manage and control sampling for allocated projects from internal invites through custom recruitment • Coordinate with project assistants to use available recruitment options effectively • Build sampling plans for allocated projects • Liaise with other teams to maximize internal sample resources via phone recruitment, custom emails, and other recruitment solutions • Review projects and inform project managers when internal sampling strategies are exhausted • Provide recruitment updates to the project management team upon request • Ensure projects are completed within client-stipulated timelines • Develop alternative sampling strategies when internal panel sample is insufficient • Track, monitor, and report sampling performance at project level • Use M3 sampling, emailing, and reporting tools to support project deliverability • Address project managers' and stakeholders' requests in a timely manner • Attend meetings with project managers to understand project specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities • Take notes and complete checklists during key meetings and share them with attendees • Host internal or external market research pretest/pilot interviews and ensure timely execution, including direct client and respondent interactions • Track, monitor, and report custom recruitment performance • Support project managers in closing projects and preparing them for invoicing • Set up Dynamic Audiences according to client specifications

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required • Relevant coursework in market research or healthcare preferred but not required • 0 – 1 year of market research experience • Excellent communication and teamwork skills • Detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment • Adaptable, independently motivated, and able to work well under pressure • Proficiency in market research tools and platforms preferred • Ability to meet and exceed key metrics • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated knowledge of English grammar rules • Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and quick learner of new technologies/software • Must have basic math skills, with the ability to calculate incidence rate, response rates profit, etc • Interest / natural curiosity or previous experience /exposure within the healthcare space • Exhibit strong critical thinking skills and take initiative to improve skills and troubleshoot proactively with PM using all available resources to support project success • Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment to successfully meet study specific and departmental objectives • Self-motivated and able to (re)prioritize tasks throughout the workday • Exceptional time management, organizational skills, attention to detail and ability to multitask • Fluent in English (written and verbal) • Flexibility to work in US EST and UK hours • Please submit resumes in English
