📋 Description

• Identify learning needs and capability gaps using performance data and stakeholder insight • Design engaging learning solutions across classroom, virtual, digital and blended learning environments • Develop learning materials, toolkits and resources supporting performance and capability development • Facilitate workshops, onboarding programmes and development events virtually and face-to-face • Partner with managers, subject matter experts and stakeholders to deliver learning solutions • Lead learning and development projects from concept through implementation and evaluation • Maximise learning technology and the FUSE platform to create engaging learning experiences • Measure learning impact using feedback and data to drive continuous improvement • Support capability, performance and organisational objectives across the Health Assessment Advisory Service

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience designing and delivering engaging learning solutions, including blended and digital learning • Strong facilitation and presentation skills, both virtually and face-to-face • Experience using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning technologies • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills • Strong project management, organisational and problem-solving abilities • Ability to analyse data and translate insights into meaningful learning solutions • Proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Teams, PowerPoint, Excel and Copilot • Adaptable, resilient and passionate about improving performance through learning • Desirable CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification (or working towards) • Experience with learning authoring tools such as Articulate Rise, Storyline, Synthesia or ElevenLabs • Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design • Coaching and/or mentoring experience • Experience developing blended and digital learning programmes • Some travel required for training facilitation and team meetings
