• Responsible for direct sales in the Thuringia and Middle East territories to achieve agreed AOP (Annual Operating Plan) targets • Increase market share for products used in surgical heart valve replacement, surgical heart valve repair and atrial fibrillation • Build strong, ethical business relationships with customers to ensure the correct use of our products • Lead sales activities with various stakeholders across the territory • Identify sales opportunities and proactively engage with these and other customers • Work primarily in the operating room environment to support and advise surgeons and OR staff • Present, train on, and sell products and services to existing and prospective customers • Prepare presentations, proposals and purchase agreements • Collaborate with local marketing to implement national marketing objectives • Use account-planning tools to develop and execute account strategies, tactics and actions – CRM database.
• Proven sales experience • Strong presentation and negotiation skills • Excellent interpersonal skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Business-level German and good to very good English skills • Valid driver’s license • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree preferred • Experience selling cardiac surgery/cardiology products or in a similar field, and experience selling in hospital settings and operating rooms is advantageous.
