📋 Description

• Own a territory at scale with quota targets • Close deals of €5,000 or more • Build 2–3 year strategic territory growth plans • Work on multi-stakeholder deals • Build pipeline through outbound prospecting, strategic account planning, and targeted expansion • Mentor and coach Sales Managers • Partner with commercial leadership on scaling motions, team development, and market strategy • Represent the sales team in cross-functional initiatives • Use AI to redesign territory and team workflows • Build an AI-powered territory analysis framework • Create scalable deal-coaching workflows • Evaluate AI outputs and abandon them when appropriate

🎯 Requirements

• 3–5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience • 3+ years of full-cycle closing experience • Achieved 100%+ of quota in at least 2 consecutive years • Experience diagnosing and fixing market-level problems, rebuilding territories, or building new motions from scratch • Knowledge of ARR targets, attainment rates, deal progression, and pipeline metrics • Ability to map career growth and pursue increasingly complex challenges • Experience building scalable playbooks and mentoring others • 2–3 year territory vision and ability to translate it into actionable strategy • Track record of territory turnarounds or market expansion from zero • AI Fluency Level 3 or equivalent: redesigned work using AI, built approaches others follow, and actively questions AI output
