• Lead the acquisition of UK corporate clients with complex FX risk and international payment needs. • Engage senior finance stakeholders (CFOs, Finance Directors, Treasurers) to deliver tailored FX and payment solutions. • Own the full sales cycle, from origination and qualification through to closing and onboarding. • Collaborate with strategic partners to establish long-term, reciprocal relationships. • Apply advanced understanding of FX markets, macroeconomic trends, and treasury drivers. • Guide clients through risk management strategies and payment optimization solutions. • Maintain high outbound activity levels across calls, meetings, and sector-led campaigns. • Manage compliance, credit, and onboarding processes to ensure timely account activation.
• 5+ years in FX risk management or financial services, with strong B2B sales experience. • Proven ability to engage mid-senior finance decision-makers in consultative conversations. • End-to-end sales experience, including closing and onboarding complex clients. • Understanding of international payments, FX solutions, and commercial risk. • Experience in a sector-aligned or strategic sales environment. • Track record of delivering against KPIs and revenue targets in a high-performance setting. • Proficient use of Customer Relationship Management software (e.g. MS Dynamics, SalesForce)
