⢠You resolve customer inquiries end-to-end by phone, by letter, or by e-mail. ⢠You collect and update customer data and correct it when necessary. ⢠You process registrations and deregistrations as well as supplier switches. ⢠You answer questions about meter commissioning, meter exchanges, and meter removal. ⢠You receive fault/outage reports and forward them to the appropriate teams. ⢠You are sales-oriented and place a high value on quality. ⢠You work with SAP, in a Windows 10 environment, and with MS Office applications. ⢠You identify the right tariff for your customers (sales after service).
⢠Some professional experience in telephone-based customer service, or motivation for a career change into this field. ⢠A completed (commercial) vocational qualification is desirable. ⢠Excellent German language skills, spoken and written. ⢠Basic computer skills. ⢠Strong communication skills and the ability to engage and delight customers. ⢠Willingness to sell additional services and optimize customer products.
