• Sales activities and responsibility for revenue • Customer care and relationship management: You build trusting customer relationships and provide tailored solutions for individual needs. • Offer and contract negotiations: You prepare compelling proposals and conduct professional price and contract negotiations. • Market and competitor analysis: You proactively identify sales opportunities, market potentials and trends. • Reporting and documentation: Preparing sales and visit reports comes easily to you. • Collaboration with internal interfaces: With teamwork and drive, you involve internal departments such as Marketing, Product Development, Logistics and Accounting in your work. • Representation and presentation: At trade fairs, industry events and conferences you passionately and creatively represent Paaschburg & Wunderlich and the product portfolio.
• Completed degree (e.g., Associate Degree) or a comparable qualification from a two-year college or university • Professional experience in field sales or key account management, ideally in the motorcycle, powersports or automotive industry • Strong negotiation skills, particularly in pricing and dealer agreements • Confident use of CRM and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce) • Very good English skills; additional languages are an advantage for international markets • Basic understanding of marketing activities to support promotions and dealer campaigns • Willingness to travel frequently for dealer visits, trade shows and events • Sales mentality: motivated, structured, independent, customer-focused, result- and solution-oriented, communicative, resilient, eager to learn • Team player with ability to collaborate across departments
