📋 Description

• You manage the entire sales process: from first contact with pre-qualified leads through personalized consultation to closing. • You assess the customer's situation, identify their needs, and develop a suitable proposal together with our planning department. • You present that proposal and guide the customer through to contract signing. • We do not do cold calling. All leads are already familiar with the brand and actively reach out to us.

🎯 Requirements

• Drive, motivation and ambition • Clear and persuasive communication on the phone and in person • Basic technical understanding • Excellent German language skills • Sales experience is a plus but not required. Career changers are explicitly welcome.
