📋 Description

• Administer and maintain Prescient's core enterprise platforms, including Salesforce, CMap, BambooHR, Sage Intacct, Concur and Boomi integration flows • Manage user access, permissions, configuration changes and system health • Maintain documentation covering system configuration, integrations, business rules and standard operating procedures • Act as first point of escalation for system queries and issues • Coordinate enterprise systems programme workstreams, plans, action logs, milestones, risks and blockers • Prepare status updates, programme materials and briefing notes for steering committees and senior stakeholders • Support system implementations, configuration changes and releases from requirements through testing, training and go-live • Coordinate UAT, including test scenarios, environments, data, sessions and defect resolution • Build and maintain reports, dashboards and data extracts • Investigate data and process issues, identify root causes and implement sustainable fixes • Manage improvement backlogs and deliver system and process improvements end-to-end • Design alternatives to reduce friction, duplication, manual effort and rework • Own change management, training, user guides and process documentation • Build a network of system champions to support adoption • Explore and pilot AI and automation capabilities within the systems landscape • Engage stakeholders, translate business requirements into functional specifications and manage prioritisation transparently • Manage software vendors and implementation partners, including support cases, service levels, vendor reviews, licences and renewals • Cover operational responsibility for the enterprise systems function when the Director is unavailable, with CTO escalation support • Make day-to-day operational decisions and represent the function to internal stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years experience in a systems administration, business systems, or operations coordination role • Hands-on experience with at least one major enterprise platform, such as Salesforce, CMap or Kantata, BambooHR or Workday, or Sage Intacct or NetSuite • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities, track tasks across complex workstreams and deliver to deadlines • Proactive, action-oriented approach • Clear, confident communication skills and ability to explain system or process topics in plain language • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment where priorities can shift and pragmatic decisions are needed • High attention to detail, particularly when managing data, configurations or programme documentation • Experience supporting a system implementation, migration or integration project is desirable • Familiarity with integration platforms or middleware such as Boomi, MuleSoft or Workato is desirable • Experience with reporting and dashboard tools such as Power BI or Salesforce reports is desirable • Knowledge of the pharmaceutical services, life sciences or professional services industry is desirable • Relevant qualifications or platform certifications, such as Salesforce Administrator or ITIL Foundation, are a plus but not required
