📋 Description

• Manage designated ProPharma clients and their expectations proactively and professionally • Develop and maintain client Working Practices and supporting documentation • Build client relationships through regular meetings and communications • Support onboarding of new client contract services and advise clients on best practices and efficient processes • Support the extension of designated client services • Lead client visits to ProPharma offices • Review client performance retrospectively and identify trends and improvement opportunities • Keep Company personnel updated with relevant information and communicate changes to managers and teams • Identify and appropriately handle business development opportunities • Assess client extra requests, cost implications, and terms of business • Ensure client invoicing reflects services • Develop and deliver client business review meetings • Support projects and collaborate with multiple business units to develop Client Services processes • Ensure compliance with client Working Practices • Prepare for and lead delegated client audits • Maintain effective communication with Operations and relevant departments • Identify and implement systems and processes to improve client service and quality • Investigate and coordinate responses to client complaints and deviations • Ensure compliance with legal requirements and professional guidelines for pharmaceutical-industry services • Support team members, induction, and training of new staff • Perform additional assigned Company tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role within pharmacovigilance (PV) — essential • At least 2 years’ prior experience in contract/client management within PV • Previous mentoring and/or supervisory experience • Life Sciences Degree or equivalent • Ability to liaise efficiently with client companies and internal departments • Excellent written and oral communication skills and computer literacy • Sound planning, prioritizing, and organizational skills • High level of accuracy and attention to detail • Ability to manage multiple projects up to a global level • Strong interpersonal skills • Ability to anticipate issues and offer solutions • Good working knowledge of Company Standard Operating Procedures • Compliance with the Company’s health and safety policies • Occasional travel to client and/or other ProPharma offices may be required
