📋 Description

• Build complete learning modules in Sana Learn from approved content • Create engaging learner journeys using interactions, quizzes, branching and navigation • Ensure modules are intuitive, consistent, accessible and easy to complete • Own technical QA before client review • Test interactions, navigation, scoring and learner flows • Identify risks early and resolve issues before client review • Use Sana AI to improve production speed without compromising quality • Share repeatable prompts and efficient ways of working • Recommend practical improvements when platform limitations arise • Communicate progress and risks proactively • Respond quickly to client feedback and amendments • Collaborate with designers and project leads to deliver exceptional learner experiences

🎯 Requirements

• Experience creating polished digital learning experiences • Ability to transform approved learning content into interactive e-learning modules using Sana Learn • Ability to create interactions, quizzes, branching and navigation • Ability to perform technical QA and test interactions, navigation, scoring and learner flows • Ability to learn new technology quickly • Comfortable using AI thoughtfully and responsibly to accelerate production while maintaining quality • Proactive communication and independent problem-solving • Fixed-term contract availability for 6 months
