📋 Description

• Lead strategic sourcing activities and procurement initiatives that deliver value, drive efficiencies, and support Reconomy's sustainability goals • Build and manage key supplier relationships, including performance reviews, contract negotiations, and ongoing commercial management • Identify opportunities to reduce costs, mitigate risk, and improve processes through data-driven procurement decisions • Lead tender processes end to end, ensuring robust sourcing strategies and best-practice procurement governance • Provide commercial and contractual guidance to stakeholders, supporting informed decision-making across the business • Partner with colleagues across Property & Facilities, Finance, Legal, Technology, and Operations to deliver procurement solutions supporting business growth and performance • Influence decision-making, negotiate complex contracts, manage risk, and identify opportunities to improve operations

🎯 Requirements

• Strong procurement and contract management experience, ideally with a background in Property and Facilities Management • Solid understanding of supplier contracting, tendering processes, and commercial negotiations • Confidence reviewing contracts and negotiating terms to secure the best outcomes for the business • Ability to lead complex initiatives, influence stakeholders, and drive meaningful change • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with confidence to challenge and influence at all levels • Collaborative approach to building supplier partnerships that deliver innovation, value, and responsible sourcing • Proactive mindset when identifying and managing supply chain, compliance, environmental, and social risks • Commercial acumen and ability to balance cost, quality, and risk • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
