📋 Description

• Lead planning, coordination, delivery and continuous improvement of learning initiatives supporting RWS’ migration from on-premises infrastructure to Cloud-based platforms • Coordinate and schedule Cloud-related training across multiple workstreams, technologies and stakeholder groups • Assess training needs and validate learning recommendations against business and programme requirements • Manage third-party training providers’ delivery of training • Monitor learner participation, completion and adoption metrics, proactively driving engagement and training completion • Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and completion rates, implementing continuous improvements • Communicate training plans, progress, risks, outcomes and key metrics to programme stakeholders and leadership teams • Ensure learning content is maintained, accessible and effectively managed through the organisation's learning platform • Establish a sustainable long-term learning approach for business-as-usual operations

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering Learning & Development, training or capability-building programmes within complex organisational or technology transformation environments • Strong understanding of learning design, training delivery, learner engagement and training evaluation methodologies • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities, schedules and stakeholders within large-scale programmes • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences • Experience managing external vendors and training providers, including performance and contract management • Strong analytical skills with experience tracking, interpreting and reporting learning metrics and outcomes • Understanding of Cloud technologies and platforms, particularly AWS and/or Google Cloud (desirable) • Experience supporting digital transformation, technology adoption or organisational change initiatives (desirable) • Project management qualification such as PRINCE2, APM or equivalent (desirable)
