📋 Description

• Help customers adopt Samsara's Connected Operations Cloud platform, realize measurable value, and renew and expand with confidence • Learn each customer's fleet and challenges and advise on tailoring Samsara's platform • Manage a portfolio of 100+ named accounts using AI tooling • Lead ROI and value conversations into renewals • Negotiate favorable terms and close renewals while minimizing financial attrition • Explain technical issues to non-technical audiences and engage cross-functional partners to resolve them • Conduct customer workshops to understand operations and recommend workflow changes • Collaborate with Sales, Support, Deal Desk, Operations, and Product • Champion and embed Samsara's cultural principles as the company scales globally

🎯 Requirements

• Business fluency in German (spoken and written) • 2+ years in a customer-facing, quota-carrying role, ideally in SaaS, technology or logistics • Record of consistent quota over-achievement • Strong problem-solving, communication and presentation skills • Ability to build trust with executives, users and internal teams • Familiarity with Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong or similar GTM tools • Comfort in a fast-changing, high-growth environment • Bachelor's degree from a 4-year institution, or equivalent practical experience • AI-first approach and use of AI tooling • Technical depth across a suite of products; hardware-software integration is a bonus • Experience with routing, navigation, commercial trucking fleets, and logistics is advantageous • Legal right to work at the company and in the specified work location
