📋 Description

• Design bespoke learning solutions reflecting the Unforgettable Learning brand and human-centred design principles • Apply credible learning best practices including neuroscience, cognitive psychology, pedagogy and behavioural science • Support clients in achieving meaningful behavioural change with measurable results • Contribute to the sales process, including discovery calls, proposal writing and leading client pitches • Articulate Sponge’s value through enablement materials, case studies and thought leadership • Assess skill gaps and prioritise learning needs to solve business challenges through effective learning experiences • Advise strategic accounts on learning strategy as both challenger and advisor • Design and facilitate creative, effective workshops with relevant stakeholders • Forge internal business partnerships to deliver the Unforgettable Learning promise • Identify ways to improve quality and processes • Support development of others through knowledge sharing, coaching and mentoring • Share thought leadership on social channels and at industry events

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to understand and translate unique organisational needs into an activated learning strategy, applying L&D theories, methodologies and industry best practices • Ability to recommend/develop innovative and effective learning solutions • Experience working collaboratively with learning designers, visual/motion designers and other collaborators to craft digital learning experiences • Ability to convey complex and ambitious ideas within a compelling narrative, in sales pitches or executive presentations • Ability to navigate business needs and speak the language of the business • Ability to build effective relationships from peers to C-suite executives and establish credibility and trust • Demonstrated consultative experience designing and implementing impactful learning solutions • Experience in an agency environment with a variety of customers and industries • Deep knowledge of current approaches to learning theory and practice • Strong knowledge of trends in HR and workplace learning • Significant experience working in a service delivery environment • Comfort navigating ambiguity • Tremendous initiative • Resilience under pressure • Highly collaborative spirit • Entrepreneurial attitude and desire to try new methods, tools and processes • Advocate for a strong feedback culture
