📋 Description

• Serve as a subject matter expert in learning, development and quality assurance • Collaborate with Operations and Compliance teams • Design, deliver and evaluate training programmes • Deliver continuous development programmes • Help develop new team members and partners • Create strong cross-disciplinary partnerships • Promote a positive learning environment • Efficiently resolve issues and support others • Deliver bespoke customer experience across a variety of communication channels

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and administration skills • Passion for delivering excellent customer service • Strong IT skills • Aptitude to learn new systems and software • Reliable and enthusiastic with a positive attitude and approach • Ability to thrive in a team environment • Proactive approach to efficiently resolving issues • Excellent organisation and time management skills • Confident and clear communication across a variety of channels • CV and cover letter required
