📋 Description

• Join Yell’s sales and account management team as a Senior Account Manager covering South Wales/Bristol • Develop high-value new business opportunities • Manage an account base of Yell’s mid-spend customers • Retain, nurture, and grow customer product spend into high-performing digital marketing solutions • Actively source new high-value prospects • Manage a portfolio of clients with annualised spend ranging from £5,000 to £12,000 and overall account values of approximately £1 million annually • Deliver growth sales across Yell’s digital solutions, including agency products • Identify and acquire new digital opportunities by developing advertising programmes that meet client needs and agency minimum-spend thresholds • Deliver growth targets for high-value new business • Sell Yell’s digital product portfolio and propose commercial models that maximise revenue and meet customer requirements • Build long-lasting relationships with account holders • Nurture relationships with DADs, KADs, customer service, and the Yell agency

🎯 Requirements

• Must be based on the South Wales/Bristol patch • Full UK driving licence required with no more than 6 points • Access to a car • Demonstrable experience selling high-value digital solutions • Highly successful track record of digital sales performance • High understanding of digital marketing campaigns and technology • Strategic thinking • Resilience, discipline, and tenacity • Ability to demonstrate an effective personal development plan and adapt to the digital market • Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex digital information clearly and concisely • Emotionally intelligent, respectful, professional, and collaborative approach • Task-oriented and willing to go the extra mile for clients • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities, targets, and strategies
