📋 Description

• Provide people and culture guidance and support to team members, managers, and executives • Partner with the Senior Leadership team to deliver workforce planning, performance management, performance reviews, surveys and reporting, recruitment, onboarding, and people issue management • Serve as a key partner, adviser, and sounding board for leadership across talent acquisition, organizational design, performance management, engagement, and growth and development • Lead and execute talent strategy, policies, and processes for team members in multiple geographies, including employment contracts and employee handbooks in accordance with local labor laws • Support onboarding, performance management, learning and development, people issue management, and related activities • Lead, organize, and execute team member engagement initiatives • Act as the primary point of contact for people matters, resolving concerns and escalating issues as needed • Manage leave administration, including annual, personal, maternity, and paternity leave • Report to the Vice President, People & Culture • Travel estimated at less than 5%

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years’ experience in a HR generalist role • Strong understanding of UK labor laws and compliance requirements • Proficient in dealing with a variety of Employee Relation Matters • Comprehensive understanding of HR policies, practices and processes • Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills • Ability to navigate ambiguity, work independently, and influence stakeholders at all levels • High level of proficiency in MS Office tools, specifically Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint • Previous experience with start-ups, scale-ups, acquisitions, and restructuring businesses • Prior experience in HR in a SaaS/Technology company (preferred) • Experience in a global organization or matrix environment (preferred) • Proven ability to work in a dynamic environment while managing multiple evolving priorities effectively (preferred)
