📋 Description

• Revenue Ownership • Own and hit/exceed annual sales targets within your assigned territory or segment • Manage sales cycles from qualified opportunity to contract signature • Build and execute account strategies for target customers • Maintain high win-rate discipline and margin awareness • Conduct structured discovery and qualification (e.g., MEDDPICC or similar) • Engage senior decision-makers and economic buyers • Lead product presentations, value workshops, and commercial discussions • Build compelling business cases aligned to customer objectives • Manage negotiation and contract alignment • Develop, maintain, and report sales pipeline using Salesforce • Ensure accurate stage progression and forecast reliability • Participate in weekly deal reviews and risk mitigation discussions • Work closely with Business Development to ensure high-quality opportunity handover • Partner with Pre-Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align on solution delivery • Provide structured market feedback to product and leadership • Represent the company at industry events and executive meetings

🎯 Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred) • 5+ years in SaaS, OSS/BSS, or complex software sales • Proven track record of closing high-value B2B deals • Experience selling into telecom, digital brands, fintech, IoT, or enterprise technology sectors • Experience managing multi-stakeholder sales processes • Strong sales and negotiation skills — able to structure and close complex deals • Strategic selling capabilities with strong qualification and value-based selling • Tech-savvy: solid understanding of SaaS, cloud solutions, CRM tools, and digital platforms • Strong executive presence and communication skills • Data-driven approach with experience using sales analytics, KPIs, and forecasting tools • Resilient in long, complex sales cycles — commercially mature and composed under pressure • A 'prestigeless' personality — no one is above anyone or any task
