📋 Description

• Take ownership of agreed HR projects, driving delivery from planning through to implementation. • Work across projects including capacity building, Employment Rights Act (ERA) readiness, HR audits and improving people processes. • Create and deliver practical training guidance and resources. • Provide pragmatic HR advice and guidance on day-to-day people matters. • Support employee relations activity, including absence, performance, probation and other employee matters as required. • Ensure HR practices remain consistent, fair and aligned with employment legislation and company policies. • Work closely with the Global Head of People and wider People Team.

🎯 Requirements

• Immediate start or within 2 weeks • Good working knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice. • Knowledge or experience of US employment legislation and HR practices would be desirable. • Proven experience delivering HR projects and improving people processes. • Experience supporting employee relations cases and providing clear, practical advice to line managers on people matters. • Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work independently. • A proactive, collaborative and solutions-focused approach. • Experience working with HR systems, ideally BambooHR, would be advantageous. • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools would be advantageous. • Curiosity about AI and how it can be used to make HR processes simpler and more efficient.
