📋 Description

• Provide high-quality repair and maintenance services for selected company and third-party products • Work efficiently and professionally as a Field Service Engineer • Deal with customers ranging from vulnerable people to elderly customers • Work on equipment in customers’ homes • Maintain and test emergency lights, fire systems, and electrical/electronic products • Provide customer relations and interpersonal support while carrying out field engineering work • Work effectively as part of a team • Plan and manage time effectively across the Devon area

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Field Engineer • Electrical and electronic experience • Electrical/Electronic qualification at NVQ Level 2 or equivalent • Full Category B UK driving license for manual vehicles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Good problem-solving and analytical skills • Ability to demonstrate effective teamwork • Effective time management and planning skills • Comfortable working at heights and/or in confined dusty spaces • Experience working with elderly or vulnerable people
