πŸ“‹ Description

β€’ Build and qualify a pipeline across regulated sectors (banking, insurance, accountancy and more) β€’ Research target accounts and run personalised outreach via email, LinkedIn and direct conversations. β€’ Book and run discovery calls, diagnosing problems and mapping them to UnlikelyAI’s value. β€’ Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and keep accounts warm as they develop. β€’ Share market/customer insights with the team to sharpen messaging, ICP and GTM. β€’ Track what’s working in the CRM and iterate on messaging and targeting.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 6–12 months in B2B sales, SDR/BDR, customer success or a similar new-business role, β€’ Confident speaking with senior stakeholders, with excellent written and verbal communication. β€’ Curious, proactive and comfortable in ambiguity β€’ Resilient, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment. You turn rejection into momentum. β€’ Organised and metrics-aware, able to run your pipeline in tools like HubSpot/Sales Navigator. β€’ Nice to have: Industry Knowledge: Experience selling into financial services, accountancy, and insurance sectors. β€’ Experience selling to or engaging with larger/enterprise organisations is a plus β€’ Technical Understanding: An interest and understanding of AI, automation, or enterprise technology.
