📋 Description

• Selling: insulation: drylining and associated products to contractors operating in domestic and commercial construction projects and at all stages of the build cycle – ground works, floor, fabric, envelope, roofing, retrofit • Maximising opportunities from an existing ledger alongside business creation with new customers to achieve monthly sales and margin targets • Work closely with the Branch Manager and Internal Sales team to obtain and convert enquiries into orders • Exceed customer expectations to become the supplier of choice

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience working in the construction building distribution or related industry • Hunger and determination to increases revenue streams from existing customers and source new customer business • Commercially astute with demonstrable record of managing margins • Effective sales knowledge of at least one of the following product sectors: insulation or drylining systems • Effective sales knowledge of at least one of the following contractor sectors: drylining, ground workers, roofing, cladding, main contractor • Experience of being accountable for a minimum annual sales budget of £2m p.a • Exemplary work ethic and team player • Strive for excellence in all sales and customer related matters • Strong sales administration disciplines – quote management, CRM system, diary management etc. • Self-management to effectively operate in an external sales role, with diverse and widespread customers
