• Work closely with the Global Talent Acquisition team, Recruiters, Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, candidates, and stakeholders across multiple business functions and regions • Support the end-to-end recruiting process through operational excellence, candidate experience management, systems administration, and process optimization • Coordinate and schedule interviews across multiple business functions and regions • Manage interview logistics, including virtual interviews, travel arrangements, and candidate communications • Initiate and monitor background checks, assessments, drug screenings, and other pre-employment activities • Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process • Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience through timely communication and issue resolution • Partner with Recruiters and Hiring Managers to support hiring activities and ensure process efficiency • Support talent systems administration, including troubleshooting, user support, testing, and system enhancements • Assist with implementation and optimization of talent systems, tools, and technologies • Ensure compliance with policies, record keeping requirements, recruiting processes, and employment regulations • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures, process documentation, and training materials • Support Talent Acquisition projects, technology enhancements, and operational initiatives • Participate in audits and compliance activities as needed • Support process standardization across regions, business units, and recruiting teams • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting workflows and operational efficiency • Prepare and maintain recruiting reports, metrics, and operational data • Support change management and user adoption efforts related to talent systems and process improvements • Collaborate across global teams to promote consistency and best practices within Talent Acquisition
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience • Proven experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruiting Operations, HR Operations, or Talent Coordination • Experience working within an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) such as SmartRecruiters, Workday, or similar platforms • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite • Excellent communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail • Fluent in English (written and spoken) • Preferred: Experience supporting ATS administration or recruiting technologies • Preferred: Experience supporting complex, high-volume, or multi-region recruiting environments • Preferred: Experience leading operational excellence, process improvement, or workforce administration initiatives • Preferred: Experience working within a multinational organization
