📋 Description

• Own and develop key regional and national customer accounts across your territory • Deliver against revenue and growth targets through structured account planning • Build strong, long-term partnerships with customers across DIY, hardware, automotive and industrial channels • Identify and open new business opportunities aligned to UK commercial strategy • Lead customer conversations, negotiations and joint business planning • Translate insights into clear, solution-led sales strategies • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, supply chain and wider sales teams • Represent WD-40 Company as a trusted brand partner and ambassador

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in account management, sales or commercial roles, ideally managing key accounts • Strong track record of delivering growth and building customer relationships • Experience working across large territories, with strong planning and prioritisation skills • Confident communicator with strong influencing and negotiation skills • Self-motivated and comfortable working both independently and collaboratively • Commercially driven with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset • Experience in DIY, hardware, automotive, industrial or FMCG sectors would be beneficial • Experience working with CRM tools and using data to drive decisions
