• Provide project management oversight from maintenance through eCOA decommissioning • Oversee deliverables, timelines, and completion of work according to Worldwide SOP standards • Review and identify study trends and work with eCOA vendors and study teams to address study-specific requirements • Communicate eCOA project activities to internal and sponsor study teams • Serve as escalation point for assigned eCOA study-related project issues • Coordinate timely delivery of project communications, including status reports, agendas, minutes, and project calls • Review overall eCOA study design and approve User Requirements Specifications for post-go-live Change in Scope • Prepare, review, and approve site, support, and helpdesk documentation • Perform financial review and budget management, including Change Orders
• Educated to degree level in a relevant discipline or able to demonstrate equivalent experience • Minimum 1 year of experience working in eCOA and clinical trials • Minimum 1 year of experience in project management • Contract Research Organization (CRO) or pharmaceutical experience required • Demonstrable knowledge of operational aspects regarding Phase I-IV clinical research trials • Knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) • Familiarity with eCOA topics, including eCOA designs and scales • Proficient client-facing skills • Proficient in common office software • Excellent project management skills • Fluency in English required • Ability to travel domestically and internationally • Ability to manage time flexibly across different time zones
