📋 Description

• Develop and maintain React.js applications • Implement responsive interfaces with attention to design details and user experience • Write clean, maintainable code following team standards • Participate in code reviews and give and receive constructive feedback • Expand beyond frontend into backend work toward full-stack generalist development • Collaborate with designers, developers, QA, and product owners to deliver features • Document work and contribute to the team knowledge base • Continuously expand technical skills with mentor support

🎯 Requirements

• 1 year of commercial experience in web development • Strong JavaScript fundamentals • TypeScript knowledge • Hands-on experience with the React.js ecosystem, including hooks and state management • REST API integration • Basic build tools configuration • Experience using AI coding assistants for learning, exploration, and productivity while critically evaluating outputs • English B2+ for international collaboration • Polish C1 for daily team communication • Comfortable working in Agile/Scrum environments • Interest in backend technologies and aspiration toward full-stack development • Knowledge-hungry and ready to work closely with mentors while gradually building independence
