📋 Description

• Step in when global mobility experts require certified legal advice or escalation of a case • Independently take over and handle full immigration procedures, including naturalization, permanent residency, EU Blue Card, D-Visa, family reunification, and other visa, residence, or work permit applications • Provide direct client support on case-specific legal questions and documentation • Handle communication and correspondence with immigration authorities • Proactively escalate cases when authorities do not respond within required standards • Review and validate applications and supporting documents for compliance with German immigration law • Work alongside the AI-based platform that automates routine tasks and prepares files for expert review • Collaborate with global mobility and relocation specialists to ensure a smooth client journey

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Lawyer (Immigration Law) • Certified or formally eligible to provide immigration legal services in Germany • 1–3 years of first professional experience in immigration, administrative, or labor law • Excellent command of German and English, written and spoken • Independent, reliable, and motivated to build experience in immigration law • Curious about legaltech and open to working with AI-driven tools • Availability and maximum capacity of hours per week must be provided
