📋 Description

• Serve as the BI platform and strategy lead for the PRMO Business Intelligence team • Define BI standards, governance, and long-term analytics strategy aligned with organizational priorities • Provide oversight of BI platforms, security, and organizational reporting frameworks • Partner with senior and executive leadership to shape high-impact analytical initiatives • Ensure consistency, scalability, risk management, and overall effectiveness of BI solutions • Provide advanced technical guidance, consultation, and support to Business Process Consultants and Senior IT Analysts • Collaborate with leadership to align BI and data analytics initiatives with business objectives • Lead technological innovation, implementation, and optimization of BI solutions • Resolve complex, high-risk technological and analytical problems • Define and govern technical standards and innovation strategy for the BI environment • Evaluate, approve, and sponsor adoption of new BI technologies • Oversee and execute BI platform upgrades, configure reporting environments, and monitor system performance • Troubleshoot system performance issues and report errors • Create and manage backups to ensure data integrity • Create, maintain, and troubleshoot Analysis Services cubes and configure cube partitions for performance • Define and govern data visualization standards, KPI definitions, and visualization best practices • Review and approve high-impact dashboards and guide visualization approaches for complex analytics • Define and govern PRMO reporting priorities and establish standards for data sourcing, report design, and automation • Approve approaches for high-impact or cross-domain reporting solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in a business or technical field is required • Ten (10) or more years of progressive experience in business intelligence and analytics within a healthcare environment • Advanced expertise with Epic EHR data and reporting platforms • Proven experience providing strategic leadership for BI platforms, standards, and governance • Demonstrated success partnering with senior and executive leadership to shape analytics strategy and oversee complex, cross-domain BI initiatives • Certification in Epic Clarity Data Model and Revenue Data Model required • Expert knowledge of IT Service Management principles and their application to organizational business intelligence and analytics environments • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong business relationships at all organizational levels • Strong understanding of Service Level Management, performance measurement, and operational governance • Ability to engage, influence, and communicate effectively with technical teams, business partners, and senior/executive leadership • Experience with service management and ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow) • Excellent organizational, time-management, communication, and presentation skills • Analytical, solution-oriented mindset with strong troubleshooting and decision-making capabilities • Demonstrated leadership, teamwork, and self-direction • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related productivity tools
